1、eb1a or 是否指學校的researcher？
eb1b or 是指非教授的研究者？

eb1b needs sponsorship (your company). eb1a can be filed by yourself. for the eligibility of these 2 categories, refer to http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/eligibility.htm

2、是否可以這樣理解：隻要沒雇主sponsor的eb1/eb2/niw申請，都可以在140批準後換工作。如果是niw自己sponsor，可換工但不能換行業？
first, niw belongs to EB1
for eb1a and NIW (eb2), you can change any time
for eb1b (or) or eb2 (labor), your have to wait for 180 days I485 pending after the approval of I140.
but all should be in the same field.

3、現在的排期隻是485吧？就是沒排到都不能遞。對140也有排期嗎？準備好了就可以遞吧？
right for I485, no retrogression for I140.

4、現在對印度中國的綠卡申請有名額限製嗎？是否名額滿了就停了，140也不會批準？
140 will be approved. see 3.

5、uscis上485批準日期，有一項單獨的indochinese adjustment act的排期，現在已經進到2005年10月之後了，如果這個進程進到現在，是否意味不需排期直接可以遞485了？
