1: 時間夠嗆,HB1 OR要證明你有能耐,不比NIW證明你對美國有用,材料要非常的充分.
2: 律師隻會增加時間,但有他的好處.
3: uscis上EB1 or已經到2005年9月了,是非中國印度的沒有排期的人的最快時間.工業界的researcher走OR可以,但有特使證明,及單位資格證明.
4: 現在看來一般2年,去決你的實力+運氣:半年到無窮.
5: 如果EB1B OR,在拿到GC前都不得換工作,即使I-140批了.如果EB1A和NIW就可以,EB1B班(OR)或EB3則不可以.
