急問-over the counter 高血壓藥, thanks

父親訪美四個月了，帶來的高血壓藥吃完了。不知道在美國哪裏可以買到？問了幾家藥房，都需要醫生處方，也沒有什麽generic 的藥可代替。父親沒有保險，看醫生費用也挺高的，請問大家有什麽辦法？
