不知道你說的高血壓/腎功能不全有多嚴重,醫生和營養師是如何建議的?隻能讓你先讀一讀下麵這幾個鏈接(一般概念):

控製高血壓一般是low sodium/low fat heart healthy diet.如果現在的腎功能狀況不好,醫生可能會建議renal diet,最典型的限製是:2gram sodium,2gram potassium diet.如果很嚴重時,有時還會加上進水限製:1000ml or 1200ml fluid restriction.
