It might be Baker Cysts, AKA popliteal cysts

Your hip, ankle joint and the spine might dysfunction, or osteoarthritis,   and result in the knee joint misalignment leading to joint capsule injury and inflamation, and has developed a pouch filled with fluid. You feel full or tight on medial aspect of calf.

When the pouch is big enough, it can obstruct blood flow up the leg. When the muscles in the legs can not contract normally, the blood in the vein might be congested in the related leg and the foot. With time, it will become the risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).

If it is the case, you should go to see manual therapists, like qualified chiropractors or massage therapists, who are good at restoring myoskeletal structures and functions.

Good luck!
