再次請教這裏的醫生關於耳悶的困擾

聽fuz的建議，在吃claritin。感覺藥效在的時候耳悶減輕，但是藥效一過耳悶漲的感覺就又回來了。這種情況，我還需要接著吃這種抗過敏藥嗎？還有什麽藥可以服用？家庭醫生解決不了我的問題， 專科又一時半時約不上。另外，我現在這種情況可以打新冠疫苗嗎？
