關於前列腺炎

本人59歲，有前列腺肥大，尺寸110cc, 前星期由於憋尿和著涼引發了前列腺炎，症狀就是肛門酸漲，尿頻，時好時壞，吃了四天的抗生素沒有改善，真有點生不如死的感覺。請問專家，這個病究竟會不會好？或者是其他疾病引起的。我快瘋了。
