我訂了一瓶Ginger root supplement. 但成份裏包含明膠, 矽膠(gelatin, silica).

這些附加成分對人身體有害嗎？我買這個是前一陣子有人推薦Ginger root對減緩胃酸有幫助。家人有反酸問題。Here is the one of the 1 star review: many people do not know negative side effects of "silica", it is actually an heavy metal and it has serious implications on the reproductive system and affects fertility, I read a case study on this topic from Google and I also experienced this first hand from this product
