俺家那位的頂頭上司,美老白女。每天的午餐就是一盒豆子,五種:chickpeas, lima beans, kidney beans, cannellini beans, 和pea。每個周末在家做好,泡一天,分開煮熟(有的好熟,但腎豆要煮很久),涼後分裝。吃的時用微波爐熱一下,加點Italian dressing ( olive oil and vinegar).
至少吃了十幾年了,身材那個好啊。
