我跟你說

紅燒肉或者東坡肉，隻用酒燒，唇齒留香

萬三蹄經過小半天的燒煮入口即化，鮮香軟糯

用short ribs做越南粉，肥瘦相間，咬一口馬上就想著第二口

就連三文魚我也是最喜歡買魚腩，用剁椒或者就是蔥薑鹽無水蒸，美味得來。

 

唉，餓著肚子跟你談吃，我是有多會自虐。
