血管破裂？

剛剛自己用右手敲打左手，突然覺得疼。結果一摸有腫脹，變紫了。覺得是血管破裂出血了。想想如在腦袋上就是stroke了？嚇人。這麽一敲就血管破裂是不是要去檢查一下。去哪科檢查？
