看看口袋哪裏產的。美國產的brown rice 含砷高。少吃為妙

美國產的short rice含砷也高，不過不像brown rice那樣高。

江米和香米差不多都是亞洲進口的。有些含鉛和鎘高，但好像都比砷強些。砷真的是致癌的
