但是我覺得示範動作裏的後彎back bending都過度了,這個程度的back bending適合在身體都warm up以後的課程的後半段,放在課程一開始的用來暖身的拜日式裏,對身體awareness不夠的學生,容易被誤導,強力彎到樓主的這個程度而造成傷害
