My Fat burn experience.

1) Do not eat too much. 80% full is good.

2) Do not eat rice and meat at the same time. 

3) Do not eat meat for breakfast. Only eat small portion of meat for dinner.

4) Exercise daily for 1-2 hours to burn 300-500 cal.
