Does anyone have a recommendation on consuming

枸杞 (wolfberry)? Normally, I just boil them with water.  But I don't know right amout of wolfberries to consume each time.  I tried 10, 20 up to 50 pieces. It probably does not hurt as I feel nothing. But still, I really don't want to "overdose".

Any recommendations?
