Well, I absolutely have no idea. My mom,

who is in her 80's, advises me to make tea with 枸杞. I think I have been overdosed based on what you said. I just want to finish mine quickly. I think I have a better idea. I cook and eat oatmeals every morning before I go to work.  I think I'll just throw 20 pieces of 枸杞 into my oatmeal.
