老了！

這幾天又老了一歲，今天做了Fitness Level 測試

1. 1分鍾 Pushup： 水平和去年一樣

2. 1.5 Miles Running： 比去年慢9秒，老了！仰天長歎，不服不行。

重新認認真真Training，老老實實做人，明年再看。
