celiac -------- 是 腹腔， 腹腔的， 腹腔內的，與 乳糜 風馬牛。--- 不少人 以訛傳訛。還有訛稱：脂瀉病，胡來。
celiac disease ， 或 celiac sprue ------ 是個俗名，意思是 “肚子病”。是個家族性，遺傳性，自身免疫性疾病。是機體對麥類植物裏的麩質蛋白 gluten 裏的 （gliadin 醇溶蛋白） 過敏而致。主要攻擊部位是小腸的小絨毛，主要表現是腹瀉，消化不良。

It is estimated to affect 1 in 100 people worldwide. Two and one-half million Americans are undiagnosed and are at risk for long-term health complications.
Celiac disease is an immune reaction to eating gluten, a protein found in wheat小麥, barley大麥 and rye黑麥.（其實還有 燕麥 等）

When people with celiac disease eat gluten (a protein found in wheat, rye and barley), their body mounts an immune response that attacks the small intestine. These attacks lead to damage on the villi, small fingerlike projections that line the small intestine, that promote nutrient absorption. When the villi get damaged, nutrients cannot be absorbed properly into the body.
Celiac disease is hereditary, meaning that it runs in families. People with a first-degree relative with celiac disease (parent, child, sibling) have a 1 in 10 risk of developing celiac disease.

Chyle ------ 乳糜， 是也。是一種含脂肪微粒 小球狀 “油花兒”（如同碗裏飄著的～）的乳（奶）樣的淋巴液體。正常時流動於淋巴-血液係統，異常時 可破入腸道和尿係，形成乳糜瀉 或 乳糜尿。（當然 淋巴小管或大管破漏 fistula 則直接是 乳糜液的 流溢，比如外傷時。） --- 傳說 水滸裏的公孫勝的血液是白色/乳色的，那不是入雲龍的神奇，而是病態。（此乃 題外話～）
乳糜 與 脂肪有關， 與蛋白無關。chyle diarrhea / chyle leak / chylus diarrhea / chylus urine 是乳糜病變。
“肚子病” 或 麥膠/麵筋/麩質不耐症 / 麩質過敏症 與特異蛋白有關， 與脂肪不搭嘎。患者多為歐裔，漢人鮮患。
