這種風險計算器三年前就讓我感到不少困惑，一直覺得看不懂，因為我發現

你如果用美國心髒協會這個計算器的話，男人隻要超過67歲，其他風險指標即使全都不錯為“optimal”的（如：總膽固醇170，HDL50，血壓110，無糖尿病，無吸煙史）PCE值就超過10%了。按照美國心髒病學會/美國心髒協會（ACC/AHA）2013治療指南的部分內容，PCE≥7.5%,年齡40-75且LDL-C≥70，就建議使用中-高強度他汀類藥物 

這樣一來，所有年齡超過67歲的男人即使血脂血壓都正常的也該吃藥了？？？這一直讓我感到困惑。

然後上個月看到這個報告，說這種計算出來的風險是高估了的。風險被高估的一個壞處就是過度治療。
