前幾日突然夜裏又一次頭暈目眩，請推薦藥，多謝～～

夜裏翻身的時候突然就天旋地轉，以前也有過，每次都要睡幾天才能好。看過家庭醫生，隻告訴我可吃暈車藥。我吃過，有點效果，但是效果不大，總要昏睡幾天才能好。

請問，這是什麽問題？該吃什麽藥能很快緩解？多謝！
