I have exercised 4 times a week for about over a year. Just had blood work done on Monday. Result comes back today and my HDL is almost unchanged: From 59 to 60. It makes me wonder if I don't need to exercise or have to exercise more. I exercise about one hour everyday. Sometimes run 3 miles, sometimes lift weight.

Excercise的好處不僅僅是局限於升高HDL,還可以降低HDL,控製血壓,血糖,減少肥胖,提高心血管功能儲備等等等等。

無關指標。如果一項運動3個月沒讓自己上癮並且享受其中,靜下來想想,是不是運動過量身體吃不消/或者不適合這個運動?也許更好。

我鍛煉多年了,持續和強度都可以,但鍛煉對提高HDL的作用很小,也算一個個例。
