子宮有一些毛病

The uterus is retroverted in position and it measures 7.5x6x6.2 cm . No focal myometrial masses are seen. Endometrium measures 9 mm in thickness. There is a suspected endormetrial canal polyp is seen measuring approx. 1.2x0.7x1.2 cm in maximum dimensions. It shows vascular pedicle inside. Within the left ovary, there is a corpus luteum cyst seen measuring approx. 2.2 cm in size. The right ovary appears grossly unremarkable. No adnexal masses or pelvic fluid collection is seen。

 

子宮後傾，大小約 7.5 x 6.0 x 6.2 cm. 無肌性新生物。子宮內膜厚度為 9 mm(國人厚度為 5-10 毫米）。 有一可疑的內膜息肉， 大小約 1.2  x 0.7 x 1.2 cm, 內含有一帶蒂血管。 左側卵巢內有一黃體囊腫，大約 2.2 cm. 右側卵巢無明顯陽性發現。 未見有附件腫瘤，也未見盆腔積液。
