請教B超報告

朋友左下腹疼痛大概八九個月了。月經正常。43歲。醫生懷疑闌尾或者卵巢囊腫。給開了B超診斷。 今天拿到報告，醫生看後讓她去看專家。請教貴壇專家怎麽理解她的B超報告。謝謝。

The uterus is retroverted in position and it measures 7.5x6x6.2 cm . No focal myometrial masses are seen. Endometrium measures 9 mm in thickness. There is a suspected endormetrial canal polyp is seen measuring approx. 1.2x0.7x1.2 cm in maximum dimensions. It shows vascular pedicle inside. Within the left ovary, there is a corpus luteum cyst seen measuring approx. 2.2 cm in size. The right ovary appears grossly unremarkable. No adnexal masses or pelvic fluid collection is seen
