How to Strengthen the Heart, To Have Good Circulation(2-3)

A lot people are struggling for sleep. They see Dr.s and  take medications and supplements. But  they just waste their money and time. All the efforts do not work. Why? Because they do not know what was the cause of insomnia!  The cause actually is heart and circulatin problem! They are cold! Think about that: when the weather is hot, the people usually sleepy. That 's why we have Noon Nap time at schools, the governments, etc. in China.The cold weather makes the people wake, so there is no such nap time for the winter. You go to the room with air, you won't think about sleep. But how about if you go to the room with heater, what going to happen? For sure you just want to sleep!

"To make the body warm, easy, " Some one would say: " I just take hot bath or  just soking my feet in the bucket with hot water before go to sleep,'' Fine.  But this is not the solution. Just better than nothing. The tree is dying by lacking of water . How to save it? You water the leeves or the roots? So the best solution is make your heart stronger to increase your body temperature.

This is the solution, please do it every night, although you do not have such problem. It not just helps your heart,  all the organs, too!

Step 1: standing up,  have your chin to be tilted, pulling your ears from the top to the bottom, from the inside to the outside for 100 turns.  Each turn contains 6 pullings.You can count as  yi, yi, yi, yi, yi, yi; er, er, er, er, er, er. When the digits become two or three, you can count as shi- yi  shi -yi shi-yi...yi-bai yi-bai yi-bai. Then just pulling your earlobes 10 times to be finished.

The ear is a head down and foot up fetus. And the fetus is you! To stimulate the ears can stimulate the
whole body, not just the heart!

Step 2: Slapping your legs for 100 turns to open up the gallbladder meridians. From the hip to the bottom ( above the lateral malleolus first, then slapping back from the bottom to the top. Each turn contains 6 slappings and it can be counted like above. Then slapping the hips only for 10 times to be finished.

Step 3: Have your arms to be streched completely and  to be crossed first, then pulling the hands to each side to make a powerful circle with your palms and fingers straight.  Repeated for 110 times. In order to open those 6 meridians run on the arms.( Friendly reminding:  The arm pain actuually is the heart pain! )

Step 4: Have your knees to be bent, have your palms to slapping your kidneys( they are located in the low back, above the belt, on the bladder meridians) for 110 times. If you have kidney problem( most people do!), you would have hypertension; you would have sinus, vision and hearing problems; You would have water retention, legs swelling problem; You would have difficulty for detoxify; you would have reproductive problem; you would feel tired, and very sleepy all the time. So take care of your kidneys!

Step 5:  Have your arm and palm facing the sky, let your other palm to slapped on the epicondyles ( behind the elbow) for 200 times, meanwhile, have your body to be turned, from left to right, then from right to left.  Then another side. Each side must be slapped for 200 times, in order to stimulate the only lymph node on the arm, to have the water to be returned, to be filtered ; to stimulate the pericardiac, heart and lung meridians, also large intestines, small intestines and tripple heaters. Your hands would be very warm.

Step 6: Have your legs be straight, have your back to be bent, let your palms to be slapped on the middle of the legs, on the popliteal fossa (behind the knee) 200 times with regular pace first. Then 120 times with fast pace to be finished. That way, the only lymph node on your leg could be stimulated, the legs meridians could be opened up, the vein could be returned. So no more cold feet.

Your body, your hands, your feet now are all warm and even sweating. You just have your arms to make 4 slow and soft circles, to be relaxed. You then just drink a cup of water to go to sleep. You would fall sleep quikely, and be slept like a baby! Good night, every one!
