大多數是這樣，但是心前區疼痛可以不典型，例如，有的像胃痛，有的肩頸痛，還有的後背痛，有的僅僅是胸悶。

我見過幾個病人，沒有任何症狀，心血管的不重要的分支卻已完全堵塞。。。
