請大家幫忙看看， 我的 pathology report:
1. Cecal polyp, polypectomy:
- Sessile serrated adenoma.
2.Proximal transverse colon polyp, polypectomy:
- benign colonic mucosa including a small lymphoid aggregate,
- No adenomatous epithelium identified.
 
這是什麽病？嚴重嗎？如何治療？平時需要注意什麽？
