Nivolumab Clinical Trial 探親母親能否參加， 是否應該考慮參加？

我母親三個多月錢被發現友有肺癌。已經要訂好來美治療。

今天剛剛這裏提到Nivolumab新藥被日本批準。

我母親的情況是非小細胞肺腺癌，腫瘤比較大，已經開始吃易瑞沙效果效果很好，腫瘤已經縮小很多。谘詢美國這裏谘詢的認識的癌症醫生，他建議在易瑞沙抗藥性到達之前開始小劑量化療等。我們打算采用他的建議，來這裏讓他治療。沒有美國的醫療保險，費用要全部自己出。

看到這個Clinical Trial的信息裏要召集的參與者完全符合我母親的情況。

想問這裏各位有經驗的朋友，這種情況我母親可以參加嗎？從治療價值和治療費用兩方麵考慮值得參加嗎？
