回答: 按照您鏈接的乳癌治療方針，Stage 1，應該是手術切除加上放射，但是他們采取的是手術加化療由禦用文人於 2013-12-23 09:15:10

chemo ONLY.
if lymph nodes contaminated, or mastectomy without clean margin even no lymph nodes contamination, radiation + chemo.

Stage I, 半切, radiation + chemo is standard treatment no matter lymph nodes contaminated or not.

Target therapy is on top of above treatment.
