按照您鏈接的乳癌治療方針，Stage 1， 應該是手術切除加上放射，但是他們采取的是手術加化療

美國醫生已經違反了這個治療 Guidance. 美國醫生一般是不敢違反癌症治療的 Guidance 的. 看來還有學術界認同的其他 Guidance。。。

希望本壇的癌症執照醫生 Stone 能夠看到這個病人的問題，能夠專業地回答病人的問題。。。
