I can't type Chinese in office, but I have read and forwarded your post to her immediate family.
We will fly there soon to support her family Sunday and we will find out more when we are there.
Currently her hu*****and is talking to somebody who has gone through the same tragedy before. That guy has won the case against the hospital, only it took the whole 10 years.
