平常多喝些溫熱的湯水,可用黃芪黨參山藥茯苓紅棗熬湯(益氣健脾胃)。吃飯不能急,一定要細嚼慢咽。脾主肉,脾胃強才能長肉。平時常吃些芋頭、鮮山藥、土豆、蓮子、蓮藕、南瓜、紅棗、薏仁、山楂、生薑等健脾開胃的食物,飯後散步助消化。月經後,可用當歸紅棗生薑煮雞蛋湯補補血氣(或服用八珍丸)。
