to my opinion, with height being 160cm, and weight 60 kg,(about 148lb), especially weight /fat is in the mid section,(the type that hurt the health) and your basic data already shows.
I think you do need to lose some weight... once you weight goes down some, those data should improve.
you need to do a lot of researches on your own, and experiment it, to find a good diet plan for yourself, combined with some exercise.. ideally,
lose 2lb a month is healthy..
going down to 50kg may be too difficult to reach, instead, set up a easier target, like going down to 60kg first, (133lb), that is already 15lb less, your data should shows an improvement.
with your age, height, and your not so good data, you do need to shed some pounds, but do it gradually and scientifically.. eat balanced food, don't cut out certain food completely, but in moderation. you have to figure out a way yourself. everybody is different.
