從國內藥店買的阿膠粉怎麽吃？

從國內藥店買的阿膠粉怎麽吃？直接用水泡？我試了這樣喝２次，不久全身奇癢，一抓，手抓之處，密密麻麻小點點立即出現，過一段時間（當天）才能消失。但隻要一抓，密密麻麻小點點立即出現。這樣持續了３ 周左右。
