大陸自媒體上經常看到推薦用阿莫羅芬（amorolfine）治療灰指甲，但北美不批準使用阿莫羅芬（amorolfine）,

是什麽原因？有什麽潛在問題嗎？

估計也不能在大陸購買後帶入北美吧？
