I noticed that my blood pressure increases a lot during the travel since I began to measure it half year ago.
During the regular day, my moring blood pressure is around 120/75 around 8am but increases to 150/90 around 12:00 PM and decrease to 135/80 around 4 pm and then 110/70 around 8pm.
Druing the travel (happend all 3 travels) time, begining from the 2nd/3rd day of the travel, the blood pressure began to increase. The reading become the highes in the 2nd day back home. beginning the 3rd day back home, the blood pressure began dropping and back to normal quickly.
The highest reading during the travel (morning and evening only since the day time is outside) can reach 180/110 (from 150/90 to 180/110). Even if I exercise over 45 minutes, the blood pressure still not decrease (at home, that 45 minutes of exercise can decrease the reading by at least 20).
I am not sure how my body detects I am not home and why increas blood pressure a lot.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Maybe using the drug to decrease the blood pressure during the travel?
Thanks for suggestions.
