如果體重增加,才會適當減少碳水。

絕對拒絕碳水,體重會繼續降,另外也太苦行憎了,嗬嗬。

 

不過想想,打算聽取建議,以後不做有raisins等甜的scone,換以前做過的這種有sausage、蔬菜搭配的scone:

 

How to make assorted scone:

- 2 cups of all purpose organic whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of all purpose organic wheat flour
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 2 cups of pecans roasted (or 1 cup of pecans and 1 cup of walnuts, roasted)
organic sausage, mild spicy
organic onions, carrots, cabbage
- 1 organic egg
- 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/3 teaspoons of organic sugar
- 1 cup of organic milk
- 4 teaspoons of organic EVOO


烤箱設置375°F(190°C),烘培 20 分鍾。
