回來好些去健身房做重量又疼了,都1個多月了,還去健身房做重量,但避免用太多的膝關節。
我有用冰敷,熱敷,炒鹽薑敷,也局部用點止疼的藥,用過幾次綁帶,也可吃點消炎止痛的(我沒吃)。

好了後慢慢增加局部肌肉強度。
