根據小白鼠對流感病毒的實驗，感染初期可能會降低機體免疫防禦，原因是病毒入侵時，初期的炎症反應有助抵禦感染。但對抑製重症炎症，降低炎症創傷有幫助。
樓主的標題用的很好：防治新冠病毒感染重危症的一個優質藥物選擇：魚油及其家族成員(I) ，所用文獻，粗粗掃一遍，似乎均為需住院治療的患者。魚油對預防感染效果如何，不知有無實驗報告。
流感病毒不等於新冠病毒，小白鼠不等於人，但有相通性。
