文章的作者說了草酸再好,有三類人要注意減量:

1. 吃抗生素腸功能被破壞的。

2. 腎病,痛風和風濕病的。

3. 基因病不能吃的。

覺得這第一第二類其實包括了很多人。

反過來說吧,如果你是個健康人,啥問題也沒有,隨便吃蔬菜水果。怎麽判斷自己是個健康人呢,我覺得光體檢指標不夠,還要加一個:麵色紅潤。
