in order to get unlocks, you have to play online.

After you gain certain ranks online, you will be offered opportunities to unlock some new equipments. All armies have the same unlocks. M95 is the one for snipers.
However, hitting the driver inside a vehicle sounds fun, yet it is extremely difficult in real combats.

Furthermore, you won't be able to use your unlocks when you go back and play against AI.
