2 packs of C4 direct hit on anything will destroy it. However

if you put C4 on your jeep and ram enemies, then it is not direct hit, you may need more C4 to ensure the result.

The only sniper rifle that can penetrate windshields is M95. It is the regular unlock for all nation's sniper kit.
