整件事情從開始就做錯了--房東是個職業，您把它個人感情化了。現在隻能付出代價了：1.請律師應對，房子不賣他們；

2. 還是賣給他們，但是情感上收到傷害。如果對方堅持你出律師費，恐怕還有財產上的損失。
