3天通知，寫一人還是兩人？

男女朋友合租，後來鬧掰了，合約24年1月1日到期，女的搬走了。男的賴著不走，隻交了一半房租，現在要發三天通知，是隻寫男的名字還是男女都寫上？謝謝解答。
