自己動手修理water heater expansion tank

昨天收到租客發來的電郵，說是連接water heater的一處管子漏水，看下圖漏水的地方

 

水漏在地上和牆上的情況

 

下麵的藍色小桶就是water heater expansion tank, 這是前屋主裝的，說是為了減壓，其實根本不用裝，是被商家忽悠了，搞的比較複雜，反而容易出問題。就是這個expansion tank的一根連接water heater的管子漏水。

 

把這個藍色的小桶取了下來，就是下麵的管子有小洞而漏水。

 

去Home Depot買了個plug，按上後就不漏水了
