我住了個DELAWARE公司。
請教前輩：我可不可以用一個DELAWARE的地紙，而不需要在其它州注冊？（因為最多就是用一個家庭辦公式）。如是這樣，我隻要交歲給DELAWARE和聯邦就行了是嗎？
