fitwxc 大俠, I can edit MDN and MSID using PST

Although I don't have right spc code to program, however, this phone has pst program to let me update MSD and MSID.  When updating , phone asked me unlock code, I typed in whatever the code CSR told me, I am able to pass this security check. So as long as I get MSID from customer server, I can do the programing, is that right?
