還差最後一步：MDN and MSID couldn't be saved

I called CSR and got MDN and MSID number, I entered into EPST program on my phone, after click OK to save the value, the phone shuts down.   When I power it on, the value was not updated.

I was able to type correct unlock code to enter edit mode, but it couldn't save the value.

Should I re-install the EPST program?
