求助：activation on boost mobile

fitwxc 大俠，今天我把手機服務轉到boostmobile了。可是，差了一步，還沒完成：激活電話（motorola w385, an used boostmobile phone）。BM 的客服讓我按‘##173081#',然後問我看到‘view'and 'edit' 了麽？ 可我的手機上還是隻有我鍵入的幾個字，什麽變化都沒有。這是這麽回事呢？試了幾次都是一樣。

後來，我說我還有一個電話（used sprint htc diamond）,能不能換一個電話激活？他說可以試試。他讓我鍵入 “＃＃303003＃”，我又犯愁了。我得先進入電話功能，才能看見鍵盤呀。但這樣做對嘛？不得已，就這麽做了。鍵入以上code後，電話沒有絲毫動靜。最後BM 的客服也沒辦法，讓我leave phone on 24 hours, let it provisioning. 我也不懂這是什麽意思，現在隻能來這求救。
