64bit還是32bit, 太揪節了

手提電腦用了４年，該換了，但發現世麵上的本本幾乎都是win7 64bit, 我需要一台用來看電視，上網和處理文件的本本,有時侯能跑跑程序，CAD軟件。我有一整套過去３２bit的軟件和遊戲

問題是, 在win7 64bit os是不是過去３２bit的所有文件都無法用了？我有許多過去的office文件和程序，如果一下子換到６４，過去的office文件不能用, 軟件都不能用，不是要殺人了嗎。各位大大能給我解釋一下嗎？

問個傻問題，為什麽intel新的cpu反而隻有1.3 GHz,
Intel® Celeron® Dual-Core T3300 (2.0 GHz)
Intel® Pentium® Dual Core SU4100 (1.3 GHz)

另外，找了２台，大家能不能給點意見
