SPA 1001 help, can not post configuration page

Bought this SPA 1001 from ebay. Just worked a few minutes after first configuration, then stop working. Can read right IP address from my router, but can not post the webpage for configuration, no matter firefox or ie. Is it broken. Any solution please, thanks
